Hi, I’m Mario!

I am a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Capital One in Northern Virginia where I work on CreditWise.

My professional focus is on building resilient, sustainable systems and leading engineering teams with clarity and empathy. I graduated from Penn State in 2015 with a degree in Computer Engineering and have spent my career developing customer-facing FinTech features.

Outside of the office, I am deeply committed to personal productivity and intentional living. I serve as the Treasurer for The Arlington Players, a non-profit theater company, where I apply my love for structure to the arts. When I'm not at my desk, I’m usually cooking, working on a DIY project, or spending time with my wife and newborn son.
